• It was applied to my account in the form of a Best Buy gift card. I could apply it to any purchase.

• You should have gotten an email with the words, "your e-gift card is ready". That email will include a link. You'll have to put in your phone number and "customer service PIN", which is a long number at the bottom of your receipt. I believe i had to request a digital copy of my receipt because my order was online. The format of the number is "XXXX XXX XXXX XXXXXX".
