For any TV, if you want to use wireless Bluetooth headphones, you will need a Bluetooth transmitter. I love the Taotronics 4.0 Bluetooth transmitter I bought through Amazon. Connects to any TV via the 3.5mm input. Can even connect to two Bluetooth headsets at once. Best thing is that it weighs about as much as a quarter so is super portable to be used on any non-Bluetooth device. I also hear the new Apple TV has Bluetooth headphone capability.
