QuestionMy phone keeps locking up and the only way to get the keypad to work is to pull the battery what is causing this

- Answer If you hold down the # button, it causes the phone to mute and restricts the button functions. There seem to be at least three positions. The bad thing is that being where it is makes it difficult not to engage it by mistake. I am looking for a way to disable this funtion as my 92 year old MIL is always pushing it and can't hear calls coming in.

QuestionMy mother in law has an older Doro, 600 something. She is rehab now and it shows no service. She's going crazy she cant txt or get phone calls. Would she have better strength if I got the Doro 7050? It can't be hooked up to wi fi right? Thanks, Deanna

- Answer My 7050 does not have internet access. Without knowing why her "600 something" has no service, I'm not sure you can predict what a 7050 might do in the same circumstances

- Answer To See Your Photos : Click onto OK, it will take you to Options, Scroll down to Media Click onto it, then See Gallery Click onto it There will be your photos.

- Answer I do not know. The new phone had a memory card so we just transferred telephone numbers manually. We did keep the same telephone number. That was easy to do through the set up call to Consumer Cellular.

- Answer The phone is not prepaid and you would be billed for cellular service monthly. Consumer cellular has the best prices for monthly plans.
