• Almost but it may not be what you're looking for. It has a Rise and Shine experience where you can set the start time and duration but you can only choose from among 6 or so canned sequences. They cycle through color and brightness variations but I found it not what I wanted in the am. It was amusing for Halloween! It also has a circadian rhythm experience which wasn't quite what I wanted either,it was more of an automatic room light that varied over the day but it was more of a novelty than useful.

• The phone app has an Experience that allows you to set this up. Although I don't use it, I tried it out for fun. Works well but you have to keep the app running on your phone with Bluetooth enabled.
