- Answer Hey there, you cannot control the bulbs at the same time. If both apps are open and trying to control the bulbs, they will interrupt each others connection to the bulbs.

- Answer You don't need Cell service for it You need Wi-Fi to Set it up after that it's just Bluetooth on your phone to Control it..

- Answer Try turning them off and taking them out and putting them back. It resets them which has helped for me. If that doesn't work just start looking to make sure your phone is set right and make sure your try every available option the app offers. I had to search for mine for a while before they showed up.

QuestionWhat is the initial state of the lamp when the power is on. I mean does the lamp stays off or it gets on after a blackdown.

- Answer it would restart into it a blueish/white daylight mode when it gets power. It may do a power cycle (where it goes red, blue, green and white) at times.. otherwise no issues.
