“What is the initial state of the lamp when the power is on. I mean does the lamp stays off or it gets on after a blackdown.”

it would restart into it a blueish/white daylight mode when it gets power. It may do a power cycle (where it goes red, blue, green and white) at times.. otherwise no issues.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later."out of the box new" before you set it up, the bulb will cycle through colors then stay white. This is to indicate that it has not yet been set up. Once you use the app to pair it with your phone, you have the option in the app to set the default color and brightness. Then, if the power goes out, or you just turn off the light switch, the bulb will come back on with the default color.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The light will go back to default color, that you can select with the app. Pretty sure is 'cool white' from the factory. You can change the default to any color and then 'set as default'. When the light is physically powered off and then back on, it will light as the color selected as default.
