• I have not had any problems when I plug the camera into any computer I use including a laptop. You can plug the camera into the computer or using a card reader, take the memory card out of the camera, place in card reader and download videos that way. I haven't any any problems downloading videos.

• I think the best way to download or view video is just to take the memory car out and insert it in the laptop. No issues this way and you don't have to remove the camera from the windshield

• You put the memory chip in computer and works fine.
