- Answer 32G according to instructions. It has a 3 minute loop until space is filled then it starts erasing the oldest files and recording over those 3 min loops

- Answer Looks like you can. There's a rotating, plastic nut at the joint, just like some cell phone mounts.

QuestionWill this camera still record when parked ? Will it record any motion when the car is turned off?

- Answer Actually it will work when the car is turned off. The power socket stays on in my Explorer and I set the camera to motion sensor and it records. So you have to have power to the camera because the battery doesn't last very long. The battery does work, but it will probably not record unless you set it to motion sensor when parked.

- Answer I believe so if you get a AC to DC converter to plug in any outlet they usually come with cig light extension, ck Amazon, just for the sake of aug. I have portable Battery charge for the car which also has a DC cig. plug, recharge every 3 o 4 months incase I ever need extra power or a jump from it, also its' a tire inflator.

QuestionThis dash cam will only record for a few seconds, then just stop, or go back and forth between recording and not. Does anyone know how to get it to record the whole time and not just for a few seconds? Also, how to format the SD (no info in directions)??

- Answer Turn off the motion sensor / detection. This will give the desired behaviour of continuous 1–3 min loops. Formatting is accomplished by tapping the menu button twice to get to the setup menu. Then going to format, use the OK button choose yes... say yes until it formats. Another user answered this quite concisely.

QuestionI bought one of these a couple of weeks ago. I have had it set on a 2 and 3 minute loop with a 32Gb card. I've tried a variety of settings combinations, but I get random video lengths. 1 second, 5 seconds, 7 seconds, 10, 40, 60. never the full length?
