You may want to double check all the settings on the unit.. make sure the SD card is compatible and that it is not defective.The other possibility is the built in Thermal Heat Protection feature. If the unit overheats or battery gets too hot the unit will shut down. This may be true if you live in a hot climate . Good luck !
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.There can be a number of issues that could cause this. The only ones that I can think of that would be user controllable are #1- Make sure you charge the dash cam before use. It doesn't have a large battery but it does last for about ten minutes. #2 make certain that the USB you are connecting to has a good connection and stays on the whole time. If both of these items have been addressed then it would in my mind require a call to customer service. One other thing just came to mind! If the unit is left in the car during hot summer months it can over heat and stop. I try and bring mine in the house when not in use. Hope some of this is helpful!
