Mine came with 1.37 in November. It was a great firmware. I updated to 1.48 a couple of weeks ago. It was very easy to do and I like the enhanced features. I’ve seen very few complain about 1.37. If there is that weak MRCD photo radar in your neighborhood, you’ll want updated firmware to detect that. However the vast majority of the US doesn’t have it, so 1.37 would work great.

Just make sure you use the firmware designed for your detector. Also, the R1BBY uses the R1 firmware. They are the same unit.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.You have to update it. Mac or pc. Be sure to download the drivers also. Once you have it all downloaded updating is easy.
