• Not sure cause when I bought the R4,it wouldn’t turn on so I bought the R3 and it works great.Best buy was out of the R4 so I got the R3. Maybe take it back and get a different R4. That’s what I would do. Or ask the geek squad about it.They cost a lot and I know you don’t want one with a defect.
