• They removed my old TV which was not purchased at Best Buy and hauled it away. I think there might have been a minimal charge to do that.

• Geek Squad team was on time efficient and informed me of any problems they thought would be problematic for me. I recommend the service to remove or install your television. I personally had a 60-inch removed and the wires were in the wall.

• If you are replacing it with a tv that you are buying from best buy, I believe they will dismount it and haul it for a fee.
