• A:Answer You mentioned that they needed to remove your TV and mounted bracket before the installation of your new TV and mounting bracket. There is evidently a $99 fee to do so. I had the same problem, But, they had to do it in 2 rooms including changing the mounting brackets. I can't do it, so I was happy to pay someone to not have to worry about it anymore. I just wanted it taken care of.
