As per the instructions, you have to link it to an FM station on the radio by tuning to a "quiet" station number, which the device detects when you press the button. I found that you do not get a strictly clear receptions - so it's not so great.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.You have to tune your radio to an unused FM station and make sure that the receiver is tuned to the same. Also, when I first got mine, I had a similar problem but I realized that I had to turn the volume of my phone all the way up and then control the sound with the car stereo volume button. Be careful though, if you have both your phone's volume and the radios volume turned all the way up, when you get both tuned to the same station, it will blow you out of your vehicle! And, possibly damage your speakers... hope this helps!
