Questionlow volume on speakers at maximum settingReceive good signal, syncs, but very low volume. Home theatre sounds loud but speakers on wireless do not. Have turned knob to maximum loudness.

- Answer This sounds like more of an AV receiver set up problem. As an experiment, you could try to wire directly to the surround speakers just to see if they get the same performance. Are you using speaker level outputs? If so, you should check your AV receiver to make sure the level to the surround channels is turned up to the volume you desire.

QuestionReceiver overloads and Turn offI have a pioneer multi- channel receiver (VSX-D412) 100watts 5:5 ch system. When I power up the rocketfish sender it overloads my system and it powers off. Do I need to buy a new receiver?

QuestionWill the Rocketfish Universal Wireless Rear Speaker Kit work on a Bose V20 Home Theater System?I have a Bose V20 Home Theater System. 5.1 Surround Sound and I also have a Rockfish Universal Wireless Rear Speaker Kit that I bought for a panasonic home theater system that was garbage. I want to use the wireless kit for my rear bose speakers and was not sure if bose would allow compatibility with rocketfish.

QuestionCan I connect to a speaker selector switch?I have a Niles speaker selector for 3 sets of speakers around the house. I want to add a fourth wireless set. Can I plug the rocketfish sender into my Niles selector? Note these are not really "rear" speakers, these are front speakers. Any reason this would not work?

Questionsecond recieiver???can i add a second receiver? my back speakers are quite far apart and i cant realy run cable between them and the single receiver.... btw. this product isnt realy wireless is it?... you still have to string wires between the speakers and the receiver... thats stupid!!! why dont you guys ship this with two receivers - one per channel.... i suppose that would have been far too logical. DF

- Answer No, each receiver must have a corresponding transmitter. The RF-WHTIB cannot pair more than one receiver to a sender. You could use two senders and two receivers, one pair for each side.

- Answer Since the product specifications don't extend to 3 ohms then your current home theater speakers will not be compatible.

- Answer The back of the transmitter has regular RCA type plugs for speaker inputs. If your bar has speaker outputs that can be converted to RCA plugs it will work.

- Answer I am using two units for 7.1 system and there is no interference or crossed reception. The transmitter is linked to only one receiver not all available receivers.

Questioncan one transmitter be paired to 2 receivers?I have 2 Rocketfish rear speaker kits. I want to use one transmitter to send to 2 receivers, one receiver at the left speaker and another receiver at the right speaker. Otherwise wires still have to be run from a single receiver to the left or right speaker which could be as much as 10-12 feet away with doorways in between.for example.

- Answer I don't think you can network the sending unit to more than one receiving unit. You could connect 2 sending units to a receiver for each side. One for left set and one for right. You have 4 rear speakers total, 2 right, 2 left with a receiving unit for each side.

- Answer One receiver will power two speakers. Distance really isn't much of an issue since you can just get long speaker wire.

- Answer It should work. Just remember to connect the transmitter unit that goes by TV/entertainment system to the acoustimass subwoofer module and not the back of the receiver. You need to connect it up to the acoustimass subwoofer module so that the correct crossover frequency is implemented as hooking it up to the receiver would send all the lower bass effects to the speakers which could damage the small double cube speakers.

QuestionHow do you know if the units are "muted"?I'm getting no sound from my rear speakers where they used to actually work just fine. The two units seem to be "lit up" appropriately but there is no rear sound. The manual mentions in the Troubleshooting section to check to see if they are 'muted' - "The Rx indicator light blinks when the device is muted." Where is the Rx indicator light?

- Answer Zonian... you might have a different Rocketfish unit. I don't have anything that shows up on a "screen" indicating what you're describing. My units are limited strictly to the various lights on the fronts of the boxes... you also might have a different receiver that actually displays input/status/feedback from your Rocketfish units. Thanks for offering assistance though!
