“Why does it look different then the one I got with my charge 2”

• It’s not different than the one that comes with Charge 2. It’s the picture that’s wrong. I wondered to and ordered for pickup and then saw it was exactly the same as the one that came with Charge 2. I wanted one for work so I wanted an extra one and I’ve used it and it works fine

• This is identical to the cord that came with my Fitbit, in fact it is a Fitbit made cord, and was packaged in a Fitbit box.
