A:AnswerThe first step is to look up what autostart system you have. I bought this remote for a python autostart system. From there you may have to read on their site what the steps are or you can find YouTube videos that will walk you step by step through how to program remotes for each system. Mine was a series of button presses on the main part in my suburban then holding the corresponding button on the remote to program it. If this doesnt help, most mechanic shops can help you out too.
