“Hi! I have connected both a firestick and Roku to this projector, but I am unable to hear sounds from streaming services such as Netflix or DIRECTV. I only hear audio when YouTube is streaming. How can I correct this issue?”

• If you connect the sound bar or blue tooth speaker to your sticks, it doesn't matter which app you used. You should try to change or modify sticks. I never used the project speaker.

• Hi Jess, Regarding this issue, (Fire Stick) please go to Settings on your stick - Display&Audio - Audio - Surround Sound - select PCM. Once selected, the projector can decode the audio from the stick. (Roku Stick) Please go to Settings on your stick -Audio - Audio Mode - select Auto Detect or PCM. Once selected, the projector can decode the audio from the stick.
