A:AnswerGeek Squad will def assist you...depending on if ur a member of their new $199 a year 24/7 Total Tech program, or if you schedule an installation through their department (and their appts are booked for like the next 4 to 8 weeks), or if you're lucky enough to be able to get an actual tech person on the phone with you, they may be able to give you some pointers - but the staff at the Geek Squad at my local Best Buy Geek Squad were very upfront with me and said they told me they had absolutely no experience installing DashCams and would be utilizing the same instructions I had access to for the installation. They did, however, suggest I could call the manufacturer for assistance and iwere kind enough to highlight the 800 number on the Installation Manual for me and offerred to schedule an install. appt for me in late April...for a cost that was almost twice the amount of the entire unit.

A:AnswerOur battery died when we first installed it overnight....... bc we did not know there was an automatic shut off after 1 minute if you turn auto off. But!! it has to be set !! so please do as we had to have our battery charged , lucky it was under warranty .
