• No... there is NOT a hardwire kit included with the dash cam. Can be purchased separately. VanTop has Hardwire Kit V9H, which is apparently in very limited supply, but you can do a 3w search or contact VanTop customer service directly (in my experience they are very responsive and helpful). Also, the Dash Cam Hardwire Kit for sale on Amazon (ASIN: B09M89966Z) is recommended by VanTop as a substitute.
