“I installed this mirror, and I cannot get the menu to work, the touch screen on the mirror does not work. What could be wrong, sometime is cycles through camera views. Did I get a bad unit? please help . thank you!”

On the back of the mirror is a small hole it's going to be a reset button. Use a sewing needle ( because that's the thinnest thing I could find that can actually fit perfectly) and press for 5 seconds your going feel a little click and power back on. That should help.
