“I have a F-150 with a front and rear camera can this be used or hooked up to that system? The originals don't record anything they're just cameras but since the wiring was there I was just wondering if it can be wired into those.”

Yes it can you just need to find the wiring connected to the wiring. You need a SD card as well and what I do is if nothing important occurs I just delete all the videos of the day and start fresh. Connecting it to the wiring is so much better since it records 24/7 I would definitely recommend that as well.
