Mine also did this after being installed for 3 months. I contacted Vantop and they walked me thru a bunch of troubleshooting, nothing helped. I ended up having to send mine back to Vantop and i am awaiting replacement. Its been a long process tho. I contacted them at the end of August and were in October now and i still have not received my replacement yet. Although tracking does show it is in transit. So i am hopeful.
