You purchase the data plan through the Verizon prepaid cards. They have 3 different amount of data you can purchase. I got the most which is 10GB for $90 amd the data is good for 30 days.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Once you register the hotspot on the Verizon site you will have an option to pick a data package. 250mb is $15 and is good for a week. 3 gig is about $60 and is good for a month. There are larger packages you can get. They do expire, they do not roll over.

Packages are purchased from Verizon via website and they are good for one month long. Prices vary by package though I think bottom of the line usage (i.e. checking e-mail and maps and facebooking and nothing else) is around $60.00.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I used a $60 card which gives 3gb if i remember correctly. It lasts for 1 month max. Unless you run out of data before that. I believe you can pay less and get a smaller about of data if you don't need that much.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Data packages can be purchased at the store or online. I purchased two $15 plans. Each expired after 7 days. I used maybe two hours at the most. Very disappointed. I had a really difficult time getting a connection because I was out in the country.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. You can call a carrier. Usually data plans are billed monthly. You can check with ATT and Verizon
