Q: QuestionIs this like the old moto phones or no.? Because the old moto phones kinda sucked.
Asked by Itwontacceptmynicknames.
- A:Answer Your question is kinda vague. It depends on how old we're talking. I had a Moto G (2013) and I loved it. It was a really well-made device and I only paid like $40 for it. Also, I enjoyed proving to my friends that it was more than just "water resistant" by dropping it in a bowl of water with music playing. ;) Anyway, I haven't even tried any of the higher end Moto phones and I think the Moto G4 Play is a pretty awesome device for less than a hundred bucks. It plays every game I want and has no storage issues due to the adoptable storage actually being useable (unlike Samsung phones I've owned where they removed the feature because apparently people want to take their tiny Micro SD cards out according to the Samsung reps...sigh) It doesn't have a compass or gyro so 3D apps don't seem to work properly on it, but if you want a daily phone with good speed and performance under $100 then I would recommend it.

Q: QuestionCan I use this phone with straight talk? I have a Verizon phone with a straight talk plan. Im not tech savvy and I assume I can use it this way because maybe they use the same towers or something?? If not can I keep my phone number at least?
Asked by sfain1985.
- A:Answer Yes, your "red" straight talk sim card will transfer over without unlocking and give you full compatibility. As an alternative, you can transfer your number to verizon prepaid.

Asked by Chris.
- A:Answer Verizon has two types of plans. Voice only and Voice and Data combined. Simple Bar phones can have Voice only plans, but smartphones have to be on V&D plan.
