QuestionCan you activate this phone without a carrier? I dont want to make calls, it will be used strictly with wifi until I want to activate it on a carrier. (I have verizon but am getting it for a teenager who doesn't need to have access to texting and calls)

- Answer When you purchase your new phone, don't turn your old one off. Switch micro SD card and your new phone will prompt you to transfer the data to your new phone. Pictures and all. Very easy!
