- Answer If you are going from regular cell service to prepaid, no you can’t keep your number. You will be issued a new one. Only prepaid to prepaid you can keep the number.

- Answer When setting up the phone through Verizon, it did offer being able to use your existing number, but I used it as the new number assigned to the phone. I’d double check with Verizon. I bought a prepaid Verizon card for its use too. Good luck
