Charge it first, then turn it on. Verizon has a walkthrough set up on the phone screen. You'll need a SIM card at hand also.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Well since they won't help you activate it at Best Buy if you bought it through their online store...once they have your money, you're on your own. I bought it for my 80 y/o mother at Best Buy online including the SIM Kit and a $40 pay card, when she took it to the store near her to ask for help setting it up they refused to help her because she personally didn't buy it at their store. Beyond furious. Save your money go to Verizon, they'll actually help you.
