- Answer No contract. This is Pay-to-Talk phone so you pick a plan that is right for you. I believe the bar minimum plan cost $35 a month. It's not bad.

- Answer Yes it does. However when I went to Verizon to have the phone activated, the SIM card that came with the phone didn't allow it to be activated. It had to be replaced with another SIM card that the Verizon salesman installed. That one worked.
