- Answer The phone is a piece of junk my 84 year old brother had 3 of them (warranty replacement ). The buttons stuck and locked up the phone after a few months on al, 3. One only lasted 3 weeks.

- Answer The cost of having and using the phone has nothing to do with the phone, except for buying it. The cost has to do with the service company that you choose. There may be a phone company that doesn't charge a monthly charge, but if there is, I don't know who it is.

- Answer Don't understand your question. Are you ordering it online to be delivered or are you buying it at your local Best Buy store? Bought mine at the local store. It was packaged in a plastic see through package. If you order it to be delivered to your home, I'm sure it would be boxed.
