“Your product specs list a width of 15.6" and depth of 23.2" The depth of an item is measured from the front to back. I think these are listed incorrectly. The item looks wider than it does deep, Most book shelf type items are only 16" deep, will it fit??”

Yes it’s depth is less than 16 inches but if putting on a shelf the height might be a problem since the lid has to be lifted to use
