“I bought this for my daughter and let her set it up but she complains no sound is heard on the internal speakers. How do you get the sound to come out to the internal speakers?”

• My daughter & I just set hers up last night. I'm sure you've checked this, but just in case, make sure the knob on the top right is set to "phono" & not "BT" (Bluetooth). I also noticed that the power plug is hard to put in the back...make sure it’s pushed in all the way.

• Save yourself the headache and buy a brand that makes a product they care about. Victrola obviously does not.
