• the RCA Adapter (RCA to USB) is included. An RCA cable is required for the source video and audio, otherwise you can use an S-Video cable for video but will need an audio cable for audio. - I HIGHLY recommend the S-Video Cable, the standard RCA connection offers sub-par performance.

• The package has the rca cables needed to hook up to a vcr. Hope this helps.
