“I have a tech protection for my computers and another one for my TV's, but everytime I try to purchase install it tells me I have buy tech protection. What does that mean?”

Hi there. Thanks for your great question! From what it sounds like, you have a form of our Total Tech Support. When you purchase a product/install, it may ask if you want protection specifically on that product to cover defects, parts or damage in some cases.
