Hi there, Mark. The $99 does cover us connecting the smart doorbell application onto your phone. We are unable to see that picture but it would be replacing your current doorbell. Depending on the ring doorbell you go with, it may utilize a 2.4GHz band. We'd be happy to answer the rest of your questions if you would like.
