Questionwhat is included with ring doorbell installation

- Answer The entire install should be included if you have the doorbell but fair warning, they are not very good at installs for video doorbells. Just spent $500 with them bc they charged me each time they came out. Four total visits and they were never able to install the doorbell. I finally hired an electrician that got it installed in about 20mins! They are very good at computers but not so good at this type of service.

QuestionOur Google nest dooebell has been offline for 2 days now. We have tried everything to get it back online, rebooting it, restarting the router, even turning the breaker on and off. Is this something that you might be able to come out and try to fix?

- Answer I'm going to be positive and say that they can BUT always ask them first. That is MY senior advice. I had a similar issue and TOGETHER we got it right! :)

Questionmy hard wired door bell is installed on the right side of the outer door. Is it possible to add wire and install the video door bell on the left side? I know the wires are low voltage. Do you have another solution? I am a service contract member.
