• Not unless you hook it up to a computer, with internet access. This isn't a smart TV, it's a monitor that displays the signal that a computer sends it.

• This is a "Monitor" not a Television, so no it does not come with built-in apps. You could of course access Amazon and Netflix from their websites through your computer. But make sure that your computer system can drive the 4K Monitor at it's 60Hz refresh setting. I am using it at 30 Hz due to my system limitations and it works fine, but I am using it as a "Monitor", not a TV, so I am using it primarily for documents, not watching movies or sporting events with a lot of motion.
