“I bought this product for my Acura MDX 2005, is there any other accessories needed for the installation? I selected the installation store in East Lansing. Do I need to pick up the product from Best Buy at East Lansing before I go to the service store?”

I bought mine and picked it up. I’ll take it with me on the day of the installation. You shouldn’t need anything else for the installation, unless you want to buy a different remote with farther distance.
