• Don't know if it's water proof, but installing it under the dashboard is probably the best way to go. Find wiring diagram online of your vehicle, pinpoint the wire from the ignition switch to the starter, and run it in line. Just be sure to hide it in a very inconspicuous spot, so someone can't just look under there and find it.
