Yes you can get this phone from Virgin Mobile or you can also find it at Best Buy with Virgin Mobile as the carrier. That's where I got mine.

Yes, this particular model is VM only. However, you can buy the J7 in unlocked versions, too.

I have Virgin Mobile and I love the service and my new phone. In my research I only saw Virgin Mobile and Boost Mobile as a purchase option. I bought it on sale at Best Buy...worth every penny

I ordered mine a week ago for $150 and it said virgin mobile. When I searched it on best buy today, it's not there. Just this phone. There's nothing that says virgin mobile. So I don't think so.
