Does it have Samsung Pay? null

I'm not sure if the phone comes with Samsung pay I have not come across that option, but it does have the option for Android pay that was very easy to set up.

I don't believe so. I always buy Virgin Mobile scratch off cards. Many stores carry these cards in different money amounts. Also Best Buy carries these cards.

No. There is Google Pay available, but this model does not have Samsung Pay, probably has to do with encryption. (you just answered your own question.)
