Why can't this phone ship top my zip code? null

there may be some legal regulations as to why it cant be shipped to you. some local municipalities may have blocked the manufacturer business license. I would suggest if a friend or colleague can order the device for you?, and have it sent to you by postal mail, that might be an option.
