A: not easily. You may be able to get it out by undoing all the screws but that isn't recommended.
A: When I bought this phone, the guy at Best Buy said that they could transfer all my contacts and data to this new phone for me.

Q: Can i use the phone for other companies?
A: You can NOT use this phone with Virgin Mobile or Total Wireless (Wal-Mart prepaid wireless). I have confirmed that I am able to use this with Verizon, Net10 or Straight Talk pre-paid wireless, although I have not purchased my SIM card activation packet yet.
Q: Is the phone refurbished biy manufacturer?
A: to the best of my knowledge it is new probably returned for some odd reason. came in generic box I love it
