• Yes and it will move all your photos to it automatically.

• VM sells the single sim variant that includes a sim card for LTE service. However, actual phone service is still CDMA. You cannot use any unlocked phone with Virgin Mobile even if it's a CDMA model because they won't activate it.

• Yes the phone comes with a SIM card as well as a charger a booklet about the phone and it also comes with earbuds. And I do have to say that the earbuds are very good they sound great

• No. My didn't. I didn't need one. I switched from my old phone to this one on the virgin mobile website. There's no slot for the VM Sim card anyways. The phone has built in 4g without the Sim card.
