QuestionDoes this J7 model overheat? I have the 2015 J7 and it is almost always overheated, even with only a few apps running in the background. I want to replace my 2015 J7 because of the overheating problem. Thanks!!

- Answer I've had it for several weeks, haven't noticed any overheating. However, the new one comes through with Android Nougat (7), and I regularly get messages that the system has shut down unused apps running in the background. (That also prolongs the battery - I use it fairly often - mainly texting - and I get 2 to 2.5 days on a battery charge.)

- Answer Apparently it depends on the store. I have had Virgin Mobile for 10 years. They have always activated my phone and transferred my contacts. But you don't have to. There is a way to do it at home if you choose.

- Answer I only dropped this ONCE, however. . .It was encased in a Leather-bound/Plastic Carrying Case that I got on Amazon. . . The Wallet Style one. It survived fine. You can search on Amazon for it, sorry. . .Don't remember the name. I just put "Samsung Pervx J7 Viirgin Mobile" in search, and, browsed until I found what I wanted.
