Hi there. Thank you for your question! I'm sorry to hear that the issue hasn't been able to be taken care of yet. In home repair was suspended for a while, earlier in the year, but is up and running now. We can absolutely send an agent out to try and resolve the issue. Normally, these are best done in the home.
