    Agent was not able to set up our system. But did suggest we take our pc to the store and get everything updated and make sure the pc was working at its best ability. Once we got home, we were able to set up the valve index system and is now working amazing.

    Chris was awesome in setting up our computer, printer and in giving instructions. (There will be more needed instructions as we use our new device.) As in everything new there is a learning curve with new programs, games and the set ups involved, Overwhelming!

    I scheduled this appointment 2 weeks in advance, the day of i get a call from a guy who was not very friendly asking me questions that I should of been told about in advance. He said I got put on his schedule that morning so he didn't know what to tell me but i could just reschedule. Very disappointed!!!
