I AM NOT SURE. WHEN i HAD QUESTIONS PERTAINING TO MY CANON PRINTER i CALLED CANON DIRECTLY AND THEY WERE ABLE TO EFFECTIVELY WALK ME THROUGH TROUBLE-SHOOTING WITH NO DIFFICULTY. I HAVE BEEN IMPRESSED WITH THIER AVAILABILITY AND SKILL IN RESOLVING ISSUES. I HAD MANY PROBLEMS WITH HP PHOTO SMART PRINTER AND NONE TO DATE WITH CANON PIZMA. LOVE THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE - SECOND TO NONE!
