Is this a actual Sim card? null

Although the kit includes a physical sim, during the setup process it will not recognize it and force you to use an esim. I have a Samsung Galaxy s25 ultra with a physical straight talk sim and it works great. When I tried to setup customer service told me that my phone was not physical sim compatible. I don't think they want people to use the physical sim card.
