“Is it possible to use the physical sim card to set up my account and if so how can I do it? I have tried everything, even went through lengthy customer service and they couldn't find a way. Every option defaults to an esim use. I don't like esims.”

The answer you gave me is not correct. I am using a Samsung Galaxy s25 ultra and currently have a Straight Talk physical sim installed in the phone and it works great. When I try to set up Visible on the same phone I do not get an option for the physical sim. I know for a fact that it is physical sim compatible. I think the correct answer is that Visible does not want physical sims and wants everyone to use esims. You shouldn't sell physical sims if we can't use them. I waisted my money on 2 sim kits.
